Adequate working space and adequate room for orderly placement of equipment and materials is provided to eliminate any risk of mix up between different formulations and cross contamination. In the storage area, there is a separate space provided for ‘under test’, ‘approved’ and ‘rejected’ materials. Our Royal İlaç company is operating in Turkey's most prestigious organized industrial zones in 'Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone'.
» Sanitation ın the factory
The factory area is exclusively devoted to the production of animal nutrition and health products. It is not used for any other purpose. The continuity of cleaning is ensured through routine studies. Places, walls, dust and garbage are constantly checked for any waste. Every Saturday is reserved for general cleaning, sanitation and care.
» Equipments
All equipment has been designed and manufactured in accordance with the production of animal health and nutrition products. All materials in the production line are made of stainless chrome material to prevent chemical, physical and physico-chemical contamination.
» Raw Materials
All raw materials coming to factory:
1) After checking the required dispatch documents and dispatch numbers and inspecting the appearance, the product is accepted to the factory.
2) are stored at the appropriate temperature and humidity according to the property of the raw material.
3) are systematically checked by quality control personnel for their compliance with the standards.
» Manufacturing operations and controls
The entire production process is carried out under the supervision of authorized technical personnel. All containers and mechanical production equipment are checked and labeled for the properties of the product produced. And the batch number is provided. We do not use the Continuous (non-cutting back) in our production.
» Quality Control System:
Our expertly trained quality control personnel control the raw materials, semi-finished and finished products. They perform the following main tasks in a systematic way:
1) Write down the report of each test and analysis.
2) The following reports are issued for each product accepted or rejected
a) each batch of raw materials
b) Semi-finished version
c) packaging and labeling materials.
d) the batch number of each product produced in a healthy way.
3) each batch of raw materials, semi-finished goods and one of the final product is stored for future return evaluation and control.
4) The stability of raw materials and finished products is evaluated.
5) After the necessary controls are made and the reasons of the returned products are reported, those who are not harmful to animal health are left to the animal consumption in certain farms under supervision.
» Quality ASSURANCE:
We continuously produce in accordance with international quality standards. Republic of Turkey Ministry of Agriculture, oversees about that we provide the necessary health and technical requirements. The Ministry of Agriculture takes occasional random samples and tests them in reference laboratories.
Our own quality control department is capable of performing analytical tests and inspections at every stage of each product, from incoming raw materials to semi-finished and finished products. In the production process, they are equipped with the authority to stop the production and make the necessary controls at every stage of production.
Our Quality Control is responsible as part of its testing and inspection functions, for monitoring the environmental conditions under which products are manufactured and/or held.

» Quality Control of Finished Products
The following tests are applied to finished products:
• Physical tests: hardness endurance strength tests, especially in licking blocks and licking buckets: Micro-Vickers hardness tests, abrasion and impact strength and tensile strength.
• Chemical tests: Content analysis is carried out Mineral vitamin and carrier content.
• Animal experiments: The finished products are given to the animals and observed.
